Treesdale Partners is launching a global macro fund that will focus primarily on interest rates and currencies.

The Treebrook Macro Fund started trading on September 12 with around $20 million in initial capital. The New York-based risk manager has hired veteran macro trader Yoon Chang, and former Barclays Capital foreign exchange trader Ashley Honey, to manage the fund.
