US bank creates clearing co-head role in wake of Kemp’s retirement

Chris Perkins and Sabrina Wilson have been appointed global co-heads of Citi’s futures, over-the-counter clearing and foreign exchange prime brokerage businesses.

The announcement comes several months after the long-time head of those businesses, Jerome Kemp, retired after a decade at the bank. 

Perkins previously ran Citi’s global OTC clearing and FXPB businesses. He assumed responsibility for FXPB in 2018 after it suffered a $180 million loss, resulting in the departure of the previous head
