Virtu describes itself as a cross-asset class electronic liquidity provider. What is it that differentiates you from a run-of-the-mill bank trading desk?
Chris Concannon: We do not offer broad distribution of liquidity in the same way a bank does. Our role is as a pure intermediary, to provide supplemental liquidity to large banks, mid-tier banks and brokers. There are other non-bank firms like us providing liquidity to the same set of users, but I don't believe there are any that restrict
