Digital Reasoning secures $30m in new investment round

The firm aims to enhance the capacity of its AI technology to understand human speech

Artificial intelligence solutions provider Digital Reasoning has secured an additional $30 million in funding as the company seeks to enhance its range of products with further AI innovations in speech analytics, natural language understanding and machine education.

BNP Paribas led the funding round. As part of the deal, the French bank will join Digital Reasoning’s board of directors, represented by Angel Rodriguez-Issa, global head of strategic investments.
