ZaiNet Pulls Out Of FX Margin Trading

NEW YORK--ZaiNet Software has pulled out of the collateralized foreign exchange trading application market.
ZaiNet will change its name to Caminus and plans to focus solely on energy trading and risk software.
A letter sent recently to ZaiNet's margin trading customers says the vendor will not sell or enhance the FX product going forward.
However, the firm will continue to support clients using the FX application until December 31, 2000, the letter says.
The letter states that the firm will
