Stuart Scott wins extradition appeal as the October 2017 verdict is overturned

Staying in the UK: Stuart Scott's last-ditch win comes weeks before the appeal hearing of Mark Johnson

Stuart Scott has won his appeal against an earlier high court ruling that said he should be extradited to the US to face wire-fraud charges, which the Department of Justice (DoJ) brought against him and his former boss and colleague, Mark Johnson.
