Stuart Scott wins extradition appeal as the October 2017 verdict is overturned
Stuart Scott has won his appeal against an earlier high court ruling that said he should be extradited to the US to face wire-fraud charges, which the Department of Justice (DoJ) brought against him and his former boss and colleague, Mark Johnson.
In a July 31 ruling, the UK Court of Appeal said the October 2017 ruling that Scott should face the 11-count indictment in the US was incorrect, as most of the alleged harm took place in the UK, and therefore extraditing him would not be in the
