CLS commits to FX Global Code, sets up public register

The settlement firm says it has aligned its activities with the principles of the Code

Foreign exchange settlement firm CLS issued a statement of commitment to the FX Global Code of Conduct (GCC) today, declaring that it has adopted and implemented the principles in its daily activities. CLS also announced it has set up a public register of companies that have signed up to the Code.
