The Bank of Japan (BOJ) reports average daily dollar/yen turnover in Tokyo for the week ended September 15 totalled $14.02 billion, down from $14.56 billion the prior week ended September 8. Average daily dollar/mark turnover for the same period rose, to $7.03 billion from $5.89 billion. The BOJ closed for a national holiday on September 15, so trading reflects four days' trading.
