Joseph Castellano, former manager of information systems at Drexel Burnham Lambert and pointman for Merrill Lynch's starcrossed joint venture with IBM, International Market Net, has joined Citicorp. as vice president of technology, global finance, North America. Castellano's duties will reportedly include oversight of systems in Citibank's capital markets area.
George Fischer, managing director of information systems at Morgan Stanley & Co. will be moving to Tokyo next week on special assignment
