CEO Takabatake leaves Oanda Asia-Pacific

Three-year spell at FX broker comes to an end

Kazuaki Takabatake, managing director and CEO at foreign exchange broker Oanda Asia-Pacific, left the company in Singapore earlier this month, FX Week has learned.

He joined the company in 2016 after a one-year stint as chief commercial officer at commodities trading firm Allocated Bullion Solutions. Prior to that, Takabatake was CEO at Saxo Capital Markets in Singapore where he spent more than seven years, joining in 2007 as deputy chief executive officer in charge of establishing and building
