David Woolcock becomes head of banking at Disberse

Industry veteran started his career more than four decades ago at HSBC

David Woolcock’s career began in foreign exchange trading at HSBC in 1977

David Woolcock joined financial services company Disberse in April as head of banking, FX Week has learned. 

Disberse is authorised as a small electronic money institution in the UK, and enables donors and aid organisations to send and receive funds around the world.

Woolcock has been vice-chair of the Financial Markets Association’s FX Committee, and has worked in business consulting at Eurobase Banking Solutions since 2016.
