NAB hires Pieri for FX derivatives trading

Former Nomura and RBS trader joined in May

David Pieri took on the role of foreign exchange derivatives trader at NAB in May, FX Week has learned.

Pieri moved to the Australian bank from an executive director position at Nomura, which he held for more than two years.

Previously, he served in foreign exchange and rates trading at RBS for more than 15 years.

Pieri was head of the North American FX forwards desk, managing short-end short-term interest rate trading and medium-term FX forwards books for deliverable foreign exchange.
