Tim Scanlan has joined TD Securities in its emerging markets foreign exchange and interest rate sales team, FX Week has learned.

London-based Scanlan joins the Canadian bank from BNP Paribas, where he worked in the local markets FX sales team.

Prior to joining the French bank in 2012, he spent four years at Deutsche Bank in hedge fund sales. Before that he worked at RBS, Standard Chartered and Credit Agricole Indosuez.

TD Securities confirmed Scanlan’s appointment.
