Michelle Neal is set to join RBC Capital Markets as head of US fixed income, currencies and commodities (Ficc) in June, according to an internal memo seen by FX Week.

She will report to Jonathan Hunter, global head of Ficc at the Canadian bank.

In her new role, New York-based Neal will oversee the strategic and execution-related aspects of the business. She will take a seat on several of the firm’s operating committees, including the global markets operating committee.
