Bank makes three new hires on its FXLM desk this week

Subodh Karnik and Andrew Schlesinger have left BNP Paribas’ foreign exchange local markets trading team — a number of changes that have occurred on the desk since this week, FX Week has learned.

Based in New York, Karnik was a managing director and head of institutional sales for the US in FX local markets and commodity derivatives, and joined BNPP in 2015. Before BNPP, he was head of US fixed income, currencies and commodities sales at National Australia Bank in New York.
