Adam Iqbal is returning to Goldman Sachs from asset manager Pimco to become global head of exotics trading within the G10 FX options trading team, FX Week has learned.

London-based Iqbal left Goldman Sachs in November 2017 to take up a position as a portfolio manager at Pimco, where he focused on FX volatility. 

Iqbal previously worked at Goldman from 2014 to 2017 as an FX options trader and led the G10 flow team for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to that he traded vanilla and
