Michelsen joins Handelsbanken
Otto Michelsen moves to Handelsbanken from Arion Bank as an FX options trader
Otto Michelsen joined Handelsbanken as an FX options trader in July 2018, FX Week has learned.
He moved from Arion Bank in Iceland, where he was an FX and derivatives trader in Treasury for almost five years from 2013. At Arion, he was market-making and trading in equity options, FX options and bond options, and was responsible for facilitating the creation of structured products and for pitching new ideas.
Michelsen initiated Arion’s launch into energy products, and also worked in risk
