Caroline Bloomberg has left her role as an executive director in emerging markets sales at Nomura, FX Week has learned. 

It is understood that Bloomberg voluntarily left the bank and was not a part of Nomura’s recent headcount reduction. She is based in New York and is currently on gardening leave.

Bloomberg has worked at Nomura for nearly six years. Prior to Nomura, she was executive director in EM sales at UBS Investment Bank between January 2011 and November 2012. Before that, Bloomberg
