Weller joins Saxo Bank as Mena chief
Steve Weller headed the FX business at Sberbank CIB before resigning and taking a break from the industry
Saxo Bank has appointed Steve Weller as chief executive officer for the Middle East and North Africa (Mena).
Based at the firm’s Dubai office, Weller will report to chief client officer Damian Bunce.
He is responsible for growing and developing Saxo’s business and client base, as the bank aims to become the first choice for the region’s traders, investors and wholesale customers.
