Mark Johnson to be sentenced on February 15
Johnson’s lawyers are asking the court to allow him to return temporarily to the UK before then
Mark Johnson, the former global head of foreign exchange cash trading at HSBC, who was found guilty of conspiracy and wire fraud in October 2017, will be sentenced on February 15, according to court documents.
While he awaits sentencing, Johnson’s attorneys at law firm Lankler Siffert & Wohl are asking that a federal court judge allow him to return to the UK for a while to be with his family. The court has allowed Johnson to travel home in the past and he has complied with the conditions of his
