George in, Rae out at Morgan Stanley

People moves — Trading places: the two options traders have apparently swapped roles

Jacob George has joined Morgan Stanley’s foreign exchange options trading desk in London, while Tom Rae has left the bank, FX Week has learned.

George recently joined the US bank from Citi (2014–17), where he focused on G10 FX exotics flow. He previously traded FX options at Credit Suisse (2013–14) and worked at asset manager Brevan Howard (2009–13).

Meanwhile, Rae has left Morgan Stanley’s FX options trading team after less than a year in the post.
