
Rodgers to testify in support of Johnson
Deutsche Bank’s former global head of FX believes Johnson followed industry practice when executing the large order

Kevin Rodgers, former global head of foreign exchange at Deutsche Bank, is set to testify as an expert witness in support of Mark Johnson, the former HSBC executive whose US trial starts on September 25, FX Week has learned.
Rodgers, an industry veteran, will testify that Johnson executed the order under the spotlight in the case, in line with industry standards for large trades. Johnson, who was head of global FX cash trading at HSBC, and his co-defendant, Stuart Scott, former head of FX cash
