Deutsche Bank bags Reid in high-profile hire

Dave Reid, the global head of FX prime brokerage sales at Citi, is set to join Deutsche Bank as the global head of FX prime broking (FXPB).

The high-profile hire for the German bank comes after a number of departures from the prime brokerage team. With the hire of Reid, Deutsche Bank is showing its commitment to the FXPB business, according to a source close to the matter, who added that the bank sees healthy growth opportunities in the space.

Reid joined Citi in July 2006 as head of FX prime
