Tolat loses CTO role at EBS, becomes senior adviser
After four years in the role and three years as global head of products
Viral Tolat, chief technology officer (CTO) and global head of products at Nex Group-owned EBS, has been moved to the position of senior adviser, FX Week has learned. He will no longer be a member of the EBS management team.
While the rationale behind the decision is unclear, a person familiar with the matter suggested the pending court ruling on alleged misappropriation of trade secrets, involving Tolat and Integral Development Corporation, the FX technology vendor he co-founded in 1993, could
