Integral wins appeal against EBS's Tolat
Case remanded to district court, where Tolat will face a second trial
A US court of appeal has reversed a ruling in favour of EBS BrokerTec chief technology officer (CTO) Viral Tolat, following an appeal by foreign exchange technology vendor Integral Development Corporation in a misappropriation of trade secrets case.
In a ruling issued on January 11, the US court of appeal for the ninth circuit of California accepted Integral's appeal on four counts and remanded the case to the district court.
Back in February 2014, a US district court rejected Integral's claims
