Gil Mandelzis to replace Rutter as EBS chief
Gil Mandelzis, co-founder and chief executive of post-trade processing vendor Traiana, is to take over the management of Icap's flagship electronic foreign exchange platform, EBS, as the interdealer broker restructures its electronic broking (IEB) business.
Mandelzis will replace David Rutter, currently New York-based chief executive of IEB, which has encompassed management of both EBS and fixed-income platform BrokerTec. As a result of the restructuring, Rutter is to leave Icap. The broker's
