Rule Financial expands to meet demand for expertise on regulation
Financial business and IT consultancy Rule Financial has made a number of new appointments in London and New York.
Jim Warburton has been appointed global head of the investment banking domain group. Based in London, he will develop client-focussed propositions on settlement, clearing and corporate actions, reporting to Chris Potts, chief executive of Rule Financial. He joins from Catalyst Development, having previously worked at Citi and Credit Suisse.
