Commerzbank hires Chauval and Portlock in Singapore

Commerzbank has appointed Jason Chauval as head of electronic foreign exchange options and algorithmic trading for Asia.

Chauval joins the e-FX trading team in Singapore, reporting locally to Paul Scott, global head of e-FX. He joins from ANZ, where he was head of e-FX trading in Melbourne.

"Chauval is an experienced trader. During his 25-year career, he spent five years developing and implementing systematic trading models across FX and futures markets," Commerzbank said in a statement today.
