CLS hires Holdcroft
James Holdcroft has joined CLS Group, New York, as chief legal officer, effective November 15. Holdcroft reports locally to Alan Bozian, chief executive at CLS. In the newly created role, he will have responsibility for the legal and compliance functions at CLS.
