Currenex loses CTO

NEW YORK – Currenex is due to see the departure of its New York-based chief technology officer, Sean Gilman, in coming months, according to a source at the company.

Gilman was hired in September 2003 to oversee execution of the company’s product strategy, and played a key role shaping its executable streaming price business (FX Week, September 22, 2003). He joined from market data firm Moneyline Telerate, where he was chief technology officer and replaced Matthew Arrott.
