BoA/Merrill boost FX presence
NEW YORK - Chris Allington and Chris Vogel have been named as global co-heads of G-10 currency trading at the newly merged Bank of America/Merrill Lynch entity, the bank confirmed.
The appointments mean both banks will have a presence at the top of FX as Vogel ran global currency trading for BoA in New York, while Allington was the London-based head of FX spot, options and prop for Merrill.
The duo's new roles became effective on January 1 when the takeover was completed and they will both now
