Cantor dumps margin FX brokers in London

LONDON - Cantor Fitzgerald made cuts in its margin FX business in December, leaving only three of the original team of eight that joined from London-based online FX trading company IFX Markets under Steve Pryor.

The internal review affected Lee Knight, head trader and Alex Gadd, night trader who left in recent weeks and Mark Goater who was let go on December 24. Knight and Goater joined from IFX in 2006 alongside Pryor, Ian Wilk, Kevin Taylor, William Alfsord, Aleisha Long, and Mark Locke (FX
