Bailey named Newedge's deputy global head of FX
In this capacity, he jointly heads the broker's global FX business with Max Smith, global head of FX in New York. Bailey's appointment comes shortly after the departure of Chicago-based global head of liquidity Ryan Schiff earlier this month of (FX Week, February 18).
Before leaving, Schiff was mandated to co-head the global FX sales/trading team with Smith. However, he left the brokerage taking a team of six FX trading and sales staff with him to rival MF Global.
