Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) in London has hired Mark Stears, formerly head of the EMS desk at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, for a similar role at RBC, bank officials confirm.
Paul Glen has left Citibank in London, where he traded dollar/Swiss, to join Bankers Trust also in London, where he has shifted to the sterling/mark desk, Glen confirms.
Swiss Bank Corp. in London has hired Adrian Girling, Westpac London's senior Ecu/mark dealer, for its Ecu desk, bank officials confirm.
