WestLB rebuilds NY FX

NEW YORK -- Westdeutsche Landesbank (WestLB) is rebuilding its New York FX division with two senior managers from HSBC in the city.
Dominic Larche joined the bank last week as head of FX forwards, reporting to Mike East, treasurer in London. Larche manages a team of two, working alongside existing forwards trader Rob Ely.
Scott Spelker joined two weeks ago as head of spot FX, reporting to global spot head Richard Hill in Dusseldorf.
