Sovereign Bank Hires Murray To Head New Forex Operation

PHILADELPHIA--Sovereign Bank is set to start forex trading on April 24, following the hire of FX market veteran, Robert Murray, as head of foreign exchange.

Murray, who has worked in the forex markets for 20 years, joins Sovereign from FleetBoston, which he left late last year. And Ann Meade--also joining from FleetBoston--has been hired as an FX marketer, based in Boston.
