Citibank in London has named Declan McEvoy as head of spot trading, filling the position vacated by Steve Nutland's departure in August. McEvoy is an internal appointment, and joined Citi's spot desk in 1998. In his new position he reports to Richard Moore, head of UK and European FX trading.
Dresdner Kleinwort Benson (DrKB) has made a series of new hires in New York and Singapore. Tony Dedio has joined from Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as a proprietary trader in New York, while Richard Davies
