CBA Names New City FX Head; Whilst Forming Proprietary Unit

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) continues to make senior hires around the globe, the most recent being the addition of an FX trading and sales manager for the London office, officials confirm. Other global changes include an expansion of time-zone management of its global options book into New York and the formation of a discretionary proprietary trading unit in Sydney.

Andy Baxter, formerly head of foreign exchange at Tokai Bank, has been recruited to take up the new London-based FX trading
