Cognotec Picks Ledsham As Latest CFO

LONDON--Cognotec, the foreign exchange trading software provider, has appointed David Ledsham as its new chief financial officer. Ledsham takes over from Tim Lorigan who will retain a consultant role with Cognotec.
Ledsham joins after several years with EBS where he was chief financial officer. With Cognotec he is based in London and reports to the board as a member of the senior management team.
