US Salaries Survey Shows Pays Static For Five Years

NEW YORK--FX traders earn less than they did five years ago, while other forex roles have suffered a pay freeze over the same period says the latest industry salary survey on the New York market.

Average base salary for a forex trader at the vice president level is $150,000 this year--down from an average of $165,000 in 1995, according to the 2000 KPA Financial Services Industry Salary Survey.
