
Simmonds Named Citi Derivatives Head In Shake-Up After Rubbani Resigns Post

Citicorp has appointed Julian Simmonds, its head of global foreign exchange, as its new head of derivatives, following the resignation of Junaid Rubbani "to pursue other business interests." In the resulting shake-up announced as FX Week went to press, Citi veteran Guy Whittaker, previously head of foreign exchange and trading in the U.K., succeeds Simmonds in the head of global FX slot.
