Non-bank LP claims rival HC Tech could see every order submitted to the platform
XTX Markets has joined a class-action lawsuit accusing foreign exchange trading platform Currenex of having long-running secret priority arrangements with several liquidity providers (LPs), as well as granting admin-level access to high-frequency trading firm HC Technologies.
