Declan Clements sets up FinFX Consulting
Standard Chartered veteran was formerly Dubai-based head of financial markets e-commerce
Declan Clements, former head of financial markets e-commerce for the Middle East and Africa at Standard Chartered Bank in Dubai, has founded a UK-based company called FinFX Consulting, FX Week has learned.
The new firm focuses on consulting in financial markets, electronic trading and financial technology.
Clements was a senior manager, institutional sales at Saxo Bank in London before joining Standard Chartered in 2007.
He began his career as a foreign exchange dealer at Lloyds Bank, where
