Saxo names new chair for board of directors
First woman to chair the Danish bank's board
Saxo Bank has appointed Lone Fønss Schrøder as chair of its board of directors, replacing Asiff Hirji, who will continue to serve as a member.
The new chairwoman has been a member of the board since December 2013, when she joined as vice-chair.
Schrøder has more than 30 years of industrial and financial experience in corporate governance. Her expertise extends across a range of industries, including global banking and finance, industrials and technology, and she has extensive international board
