Morgan Stanley appoints new Emea FX options head

Thiago Melzer moves to London from New York

Thiago Melzer, managing director and head of foreign exchange options, Americas, at Morgan Stanley, has moved to London to become head of FX options for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Previously based in New York, Melzer had been at the US bank since April 2007, having joined from Santander, where he was a trader in Sao Paulo for nearly five years.
