StanChart names Raber head of capital markets
Henrik Raber, head of debt capital markets at Standard Chartered, has become head of capital markets, effective on August 16. Based in Singapore, he will report to Mark Dowie, acting group head of financial markets, and replaces Anand Kumar who has left the firm.
