UBS expands Purves eFX role to include rates and credit

Chris Purves, global head of FX electronic trading at UBS in London, has taken on increased responsibility following the merger of FX with the rates and credit businesses in late 2013.

Now global head of FX, rates and credit electronic trading, Purves reports to Chris Murphy, global co-head of FX, rates and credit. Murphy, formerly global head of rates and credit, was promoted to the new role last year alongside George Athanasopoulos, who was previously co-head of global foreign exchange with
