Slater and Holdcroft to join Bozian in CLS exit

Peter Slater, deputy chief executive of CLS Group in London, has resigned from the firm as further details emerge of a major management shakeup that will see chief executive Alan Bozian depart next week.

James Holdcroft, chief legal officer at CLS in New York, will also leave the firm as the board is understood to have concluded a change is appropriate, and is currently working through his transition plan.
