The team covers marketing, sales and support for the alternative investment firm's suite of software. Within this area Gosling has responsibility for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business solutions.
Gosling joins from technology vendor TwoFour Systems, where he was managing director and head of EMEA for three years.
In his new role, Gosling reports to Ryan Stork, BlackRock's New York-based managing director.
