Cebs issues finalised guidelines on op risk in market activities

Cebs has released the final version of its guidance paper, the third version to date.

The original consultation paper was issued at the end of 2009, and marked the first effort by Cebs to have a market focus. However, it faced substantial criticism from the banking sector, which claimed that it was too prescriptive in parts.
